　　Green 綠色Pass通過Meets the full requirements of the clause.完全符合要求

　　Amber 橙色Minor輕微不符合A good functional system, needs slight improvement基本符合要求，需要一些改進

　　Amber 橙色Major嚴重不符合Does not meet the requirements of the clause / system not in place. Corrective action is required before producing for Tesco.不符合要求，開始Tesco產品生產前必須要有糾正措施

　　Green 綠色Pass通過Site appears to meet requirement符合要求

　　Amber 橙色Improvement required 需要改進Factory does not fully comply and should take action to improve沒有完全符合要求，需要改進
